For shopping, the local market street and Capacity shopping mall, 9 minutes away, are within walking distance.

Getting to work
On a long stay you will use the same route every day, so the journey matters as much as the apartment. Marmaray Bakırköy station is 8 minutes on foot. Yenikapı is about 15 minutes by Marmaray and Sirkeci about 20. At Yenikapı you can change to the M2 metro for Taksim, Şişli and Levent, or stay on Marmaray under the Bosphorus to the Asian side. For business districts along the D-100, the Metrobus stop in İncirli is 18 minutes on foot.

Shift workers and late finishes
Our phone and WhatsApp line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your working hours end late or you work shifts, tell us when you book; we can plan your arrival and daily routine together. Just let us know in advance if your first arrival is late at night, and we will prepare your check-in accordingly.
Questions to ask on a long stay
- What is the total cost for the whole stay? Payment can be in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card on site.
- How often is cleaning done?
- How do linen and towel changes work?
- What happens if your work schedule is extended or shortened? Cancellation and change conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
- Do you need payment or a document in your company's name? Ask this from the start.

Practical tips for the first week
- Try the route to work once on your first day and note an alternative route in case of disruption.
- Do your first shop at the market street or Capacity shopping mall; stock the kitchen around your plan for the week.
- Pack work clothes so they do not crease, ideally in a garment bag.
- If your stay will be longer or shorter, tell us early; new dates are planned according to availability.
Daily life in Bakırköy
On a long stay, the neighbourhood becomes an extension of the apartment. Around Bakırköy Freedom Square (Özgürlük Meydanı) and İstanbul Caddesi you will find a market street, bakeries, cafés and restaurants; the square is 6 minutes away. The Bakırköy seafront is a long coastal strip with a walking and cycling path, 14 minutes on foot.
